The distinction matters because most marketing problems aren't execution problems, they're strategic ones. Doing the wrong things efficiently doesn't move the needle. What we bring is the ability to see the whole picture, tell you what's worth doing and what isn't, and connect every tactic back to a goal that actually matters to your business. If you need someone to write three blog posts a month, a freelancer is probably the right call. If you need someone to figure out why your marketing isn't working and fix it, that's a different conversation.

Yes, but with a caveat. We'll always start with enough discovery to understand your full picture before recommending anything. Sometimes SEO is the right primary focus. Sometimes we get into it and realize your positioning is too unclear for SEO to move the needle yet, or your website can't convert the traffic we'd send. We'd rather surface that in week one than six months in. Single-service engagements are possible, but they work best when the foundation is already solid.

Retainers typically start around $1,000, and depending on services and scope increase from there. I'll be direct about this in our communications, no vague "it depends". If what you're looking for doesn't align with that range, I'll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction.

Results are determined on where you're starting and what we're building, and I'll always be honest about realistic expectations before we begin.
